Frank Welder is an experienced Technical Solutions Architect with IBM Software, focusing on IBM’s Security portfolio. Having driven results with the IBM Channel community within the areas of solution design, best practices and support. As a Technical Solutions Architect, his goals include education and enablement of the Partner community. Recently completed – ACE “Arrow’s Cybersecurity Environment” for IBM Security – is a cybersecurity range that provides an environment for our Partners and Customers to explore capabilities and concepts.
In addition to his primary job junctions, Frank has been recognized by IBM for his commitment to promoting and demonstrating IBM’s Security offerings as an IBM Champion – Security for 2021 and 2022.
Frank holds a MS degree in Information and Communications Sciences and a BS degree is Telecommunications from Ball State University.

Tony Owens

For over 20 years, Tony Owens has been a noteworthy leader in the storage and IT space. You probably know Tony from his years of working with channel partners here at Arrow, but may also know him from his days as team lead of the IBM Open Systems and SAN Support team at IBM. Tony was a former consultant and black hat known by the alias “Chaos.” Now he uses that background to help companies defend themselves using his experience and knowledge from the other side.Tony earned degrees in Accounting and Business Management while living in North Carolina. After college, he went to work in IT learning Mainframe, Unix, Oracle. He ran a consulting company which specialized in Security, Unix, and Oracle before moving to Atlanta. Tony has been recognized as an IBM Champion for Storage for his contributions since 2020.He is a proud father of 4 children and 4 stepchildren. Today he lives in Georgia and calls the Alpharetta office of Arrow home. He enjoys working in the lab to develop new solutions to solve customers’ complex problems.
